Jersey Genie is not responsible for items not claimed within 90 days of service completion, in accordance with New Jersey state regulations.

Jersey Genie's liability for any lost or damaged item, if applicable, shall not exceed ten (10) times the service charge for processing that item, in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.
